The opposite of the Boot Camp approach. Yoga uses a variety of positions and techniques to build flexibility, improve balance, and increase strength. Yoga emphases slower movements, and is very low impact. Classes start January 17th.
Zumba is about making effective exercise fun. Zumba combines Latin and Hip hop dance styles with aerobics and resistance training to build a stronger heart and a tighter body. Classes start January 9th.
