The Bookstore serves as the on-site cashiering office and its staff is happy to help you with any questions you may have regarding your student receivable account, payment responsibilities and options. Please be advised that according to Glen Oak’s policy, payment is due at the time of registration.
Payment may be accomplished in a number of ways. They are:
Financial Aid
If you have filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have not received an Award Letter from the College please contact the Glen Oaks Financial Aid Department.
Third Party payment
If a third party will be responsible for the payment of your costs it is your responsibility to contact the Glen Oaks Bookstore staff and provide them with the appropriate documentation. Third parties with whom the College routinely works include Michigan Works; Work One; NAFTA; Michigan Education Trust (MET); employers; Michigan, Indiana & Veterans Rehabilitation agencies; and area high schools. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Bookstore staff.
FACTS payment plans
Glen Oaks is pleased to offer payment plans through Nelnet Business Solutions (formerly FACTS Management Co.). Please see FACTS brochure for more information. You can sign up for FACTS payments plans by clicking on the E-Cashier link below. Payments are made via credit/debit card or automatic bank payments (ACH). Please contact the Bookstore staff with questions.
Payment in full
On-line payment in full is also handled thru FACTS. Follow the E-Cashier link below and choose the payment in full option. The Bookstore serves as the College’s on-site cashiering office. Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
Please be advised that until you have arranged for payment your student account is considered unpaid. In order to retain your seat in your class(es) please arrange for payment ASAP. The College reserves the right to remove you from your class(es) for non-payment
