Will assist a student who meets the following criteria:
- Students with Limited English Proficiency - A student for whom English is a new language.
- Students with Disabilities - A student who is diagnosed as disabled and/or is currently or has previously received assistance from the Michigan Jobs Commission or the Michigan Commission for the Blind.
- Academically Disadvantaged - A student who tests into developmental classes or has a grade point average of less than 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in high school and/or college.
