Elkhart Area Career Center

Students who attend CTE have the opportunity to get a head start on a technical career through articulation. Credit earned in specific CTE programs can be applied towards college graduation requirements for a degree or certificate. CTE course development began with college faculty, administrators, and staff in working with high school/CTE faculty, administrators, and staff in reviewing the technical competency levels of the course as well as of students to formulate a smooth transition from high school courses, to college courses, to work. A partnership benefiting both the Elkhart Area Career Center and Glen Oaks Community College has existed for the past year.
