The Medical Transcription Certificate is designed to meet transcription needs for medical and dental offices, hospitals and free-standing clinics. Courses such as medical terminology, legal aspects of medical law and ethics, intermediate to advanced levels of anatomy and physiology, medical machine transcription, advanced medical transcription and word processing have been addressed leading to a 160 hour externship to prepare the student for a career in Medical Transcription.
