Glen Oaks Community College is seeking qualified applicants for our Part-Time Nurse Aid Instructor position(s). Please see the attachment for additional details.
in this position operate a switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls,
supply information to callers, record messages, assist in establishing local or
long distance telephone connections and receive visitors, obtain names and
nature of business. This position also
performs a variety of secretarial duties and clerical tasks when
necessary. Work is performed,
independently, under general supervision.
The employee interprets and applies instructions and/or guidelines and
takes appropriate actions in completing work assignments.
Glen Oaks Community College is searching for a part-time
Fitness/Wellness Center Lab Tech. Employees
in this position, monitor all processes of the Fitness/Wellness Center. The employee will be responsible for supervising
patrons and students, instructing and giving assessments, monitoring patrons
for adequate and up-to-date membership, as well as, monitoring students for
appropriate enrollment paperwork.
Employee will also be active while on duty, interacting with patrons and
students while monitoring performance and appropriate equipment usage, as well
as, assessing attire for appropriate dress.
Employee also aids in maintenance and cleaning of the Fitness/Wellness
Academic Specialist, ten hours a week appointment, renewable annually based upon performance and availability of funding. This position is jointly funded between Michigan State University and Glen Oaks Community College.
IAT Programs Coordinator – This position will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the IAT and other feeder programs located at Glen Oaks Community College. Visit the Institute of Agricultural Technology at www.iat.msu.edu for program information.
Responsibilities include administrative and technical management of all facets of a community college web site, consisting of a comprehensive range of associated web pages. Develop and implement overall policies and procedures for web site structure, format, and usage, and promotes participation in and use of web activities
