Glen Oaks Community College is directed and governed by a seven member Board of Trustees. The Board Members are elected for six year terms, at large from the community college district on a nonpartisan basis.
The Board of Trustees, as provided by statute, adopts policies for the governance of the College. The College President may recommend to the Board of Trustees formulation of new policies or amendments to existing policies for the overall operation of the College as needed.
