GOCC Athletic Department

Glen Oaks is a member of the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The College competes in men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s baseball, women’s softball, and men’s golf. The MCCAA and NJCAA regulate athletic competition, and establish eligibility standards for member colleges. Glen Oaks subscribes to these standards and rigidly enforces them. It is possible, with changing student interest or cost, that intercollegiate sports may be added or dropped when necessary.

Women's Volleyball Returning Fall 2016!

Glen Oaks is bringing back Women's Volleyball in Fall 2016 and is excited to announce Ben Crofchick has been hired as the head coach.  Students interested in playing for the Vikings should email Coach Crofchick at or contact Courtney Ivan, Athletic Director at 269-294-4213.

Women's Volleyball Meeting/Tryouts

Any female interested in the volleyball program at Glen Oaks is invited to an informational meeting on Tuesday, February 2, at noon in Room B134 (down the hall from the gym).

Open Tryouts will be held on Saturday, February 6, in the Glen Oaks Gym, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.  You do not have to attend the meeting on 2/2 in order to attend the tryouts.
