Semester. The college will start the new school year with three new associate degrees in the Visual Arts and a
new Mobile Phone Applications Development program which can be obtained in full through an online format.
New students should plan to schedule an appointment with an advisor by calling the college’s Student Services
office at 269-294-4246. The college is now on regular office hours which are Monday, Thursday and Friday
from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Advisors are available to meet
with those interested in discussing classes or courses leading to associate degree transfer programs,
occupational associate degrees and certificate programs. In addition, over two dozen classes are offered online
through the Distance Learning Center.
Class schedules are available at the college, online at www.glenoaks.edu, or they can be mailed upon request.
Fall Semester classes end on Fri., December 13. There are no classes on Labor Day, Mon., September 2; Fall
Break Day, Tues., October 15, and the college is closed during Thanksgiving break, November 27 to 29.
Tuition and fees are due upon registration. Financial aid and scholarships may also be available for those who
