Glen Oaks holds Supervisory Training

Glen Oaks Community College held a two-day Supervision class in February. Nine participants represented area businesses including Iceberg Enterprises, TH Plastics, X-L Machine, Morgan Olson and Southern Michigan Bank and Trust. The course, taught by Duane Hagen, Hagen Enterprises, LLC,  provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of their own leadership and how to use this style to enhance employee performance through communication, motivation and performance management techniques.
