Do enjoy a range of different types of computer functions Do you prefer to receive the basic skills and practical knowledge of computer information technologies and apply them to positions such as a program analyst, systems administrator, technical support specialist or a project manager in the computer and information systems manager?

Glen Oaks offers both transfer and work-ready paths for students interested in computer information systems. The Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems provides information system fundamentals and includes the Michigan Transfer Agreement courses and certificate options that prepare students for further education while the Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems prepares students for a variety of roles in the Information Technology (IT) industry including computer networking, repair, and helpdesk.
