Communications & Marketing

The Office of Marketing and Communications is responsible for leading the college in the areas of communications, public relations, and marketing. The office develops and manages the marketing plan including the projection of college image and information in all appropriate media; designs and oversees production of all college publications; writes occasional feature articles for select college publications and media; oversees the college’s website and social media activities; writes and issues press releases; and directs all public relations activities.

Branding

The consistent use of identifying elements is important in building and maintaining any brand identity. Our Branding Guide is used to create a brand for Glen Oaks Community College.

Annual Report

Glen Oaks Today

“Glen Oaks Today” is an email based publication of all our most current stories, events, and videos. The “Today” publication also includes lists of important dates/events, pictures, and links to articles on our website.

As this publication is sent via email to anyone on its mailing list, the “Today” publications will no longer be available on the website. While most of the information included can be found separately on our site, our users have found that signing up for this mailing list brings the same information without having to do any searching.

We encourage you to join our “Glen Oaks Today” mailing list in order to remain up-to-date with all things currently effecting our Glen Oaks community.
