VA Deferred Payment
Payment Due Dates
Fall payment is due by June 1st of each year. After June 1st, payment is due within 48 hours of registration. Winter and Summer payment is due: WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME YOU REGISTER.
Glen Oaks is very pleased to be able to offer, through Nelnet Campus Solutions, a deferred payment option to our students who are eligible to receive GI benefits under the chapters listed below. This deferred payment option enables the student to defer the payment of tuition until after the end of the semester. If the VA Deferred Payment Plan activates after the end of the semester, a $10 activation fee will be withdrawn from the account you provide.
This deferred option is available to students who qualify under one of the following chapters of the GI Bill®:
- Montgomery GI Bill® – Active Duty (chapter 30)
- Montgomery GI Bill® – Selected Reserve (chapter 1606)
- Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) (Chapter 32)
- Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance Program (DEA) (Chapter 35)
If you do not qualify under one of these chapters please contact the VA Academic Advisor or enroll in the non-deferred option.
