Security Questions
At some point you may wish to update your security questions/answers that are required for a password reset request or for accessing your account from an unrecognized device.
In order to do this, you will need to login to your SSO account. Once logged in, you will click on your user name located in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. Select the “My Account” option from the drop down list.
You will be prompted to re-enter your password at this time. Once you have re-entered your password, you will instantly be brought to your Account Recovery Settings page where you will have the ability to not only change the answers to your security questions, but also select entirely new security questions from the list provided.
Once you are satisfied with the questions and answers that you have chosen, in order for your changes to be saved, be sure to click the “Submit” button prior to exiting the page.
Note: You also have the ability to update your recovery phone number or email address on file in this area as well.
