Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password, or if the password you believe to be correct is not working, you can easily reset your own password. Now that we are utilizing the Single Sign-On (SSO) option, the password reset process has become a much simpler process than what was previously in place.
First, navigate to the SSO portal and click on the “Forgot Password” link. Once you have entered your Viking ID, you will be prompted to answer several of the security questions you created when you first set-up your SSO profile.
Upon answering these questions correctly, you will be asked where you would like your password reset code sent. This would be to either your personal email account or through an SMS message to your cellular device.
Next, enter the code sent to you into the prompt on the SSO screen. Finally, you will be prompted to create a new password. Once you have created your new password, you will be able to sign-in to your SSO account using the newly created credentials.
