GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assist the IT Department with multiple tasks including data capture, basic asset management tasks, replacing toner, handling Tier I help desk tickets. Assists with basic updates, AV equipment assistance, assist during software installation and hardware organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of basic Windows environment.
- Knowledge of printers.
- Preference will be given to Computer Information System students.
